Buying PipeAid, made easy.
Procurement is the one part of the sewer Zain can't inspect, so we made it simple. Buy direct, or use a contract your purchasing team already trusts. Same PipeAid, same people, whichever path you pick.
Four ways to buy
Pick the path your purchasing team already knows. Zain doesn't mind which door you use.

Buy Direct
Work with our team on a quote, pilot or annual agreement. Real people from day one, and usually the quickest way to get started.
Carahsoft
BuyBoard
MRSC Rosters
Buy through Carahsoft, the public sector IT distributor, on contracts including OMNIA Partners and NASPO ValuePoint. Email PipeAid@carahsoft.com or call (844) 722-8436.
BuyBoard members can purchase PipeAid under contract 776-25, Sewer Inspection and Cleaning Products. No separate bid needed for most members.
Washington public agencies can contract with us through MRSC Rosters. Search for our legal name, BNtelligence, Inc., on your agency's roster.
Procurement questions, answered
The practical stuff your purchasing office will ask about.
Do we still need to run a bid?
Cooperative contracts like BuyBoard and OMNIA Partners are competitively awarded, which lets many public organizations buy without running their own bid. Washington agencies can also contract through MRSC Rosters under their own roster procedures. Your local purchasing rules have the final say.
Which route is fastest?
Usually the one your organization already uses. Not sure which that is? Ask us and we'll point you in the right direction.
Can we start small?
Yes. Plenty of teams start with a pilot on a handful of pipes, see the results, then scale up.
Does support change depending on how we buy?
Nope. Same PipeAid, same support team, whichever route you pick.
Let's start the conversation
Not sure which route fits? Tell us about your organization and we'll help you pick, usually within 2 business days. (Zain's happy to help too, but he's better at pipes than paperwork.)
